Valentine and Cupid
"My family and I are extremely grateful to have Walk N' Wags as our permanent dog sitters.
Kerri (and Paige) take extraordinarily good care of our dogs, Valentine and Cupid. 'The boys', as they're affectionately referred to, look forward to visits and walks from our dog sitters to the point that Kerri and Paige are as much their family as we are.
In addition, Kerri takes great care of our home including picking up the mail, putting out and returning our garbage cans, watering our inside and outside plants, and ensuring the security of our doors.
Knowing that Walk N' Wags is caring for our dogs and our home allows us to travel stress-free confident that when we return our home is safe and sound and are dogs are happy and anxiety-free!"

Wallace
We cannot say enough good things about Kerri Goodwin and the job she does walking and looking after our dog, Wallace. She has gone above and beyond what we expected from a dog walker, calling us if any change in his routine or leaving us notes to let us know how the afternoon outing went.
I would have no hesitation recommending her and her services to a friend, co-worker, or even a stranger that I saw with a dog.
She provides a very personal and professional service at a remarkable price.
Sincerely, Joe Pew

Finding Kerri was an absolute blessing!
As an attorney, my job has always required long hours and for years, a long commute. I went through several pet sitters over the years - and none seemed to work out for very long. Either my dog didn't like him or her, or I would come home to accidents or I would receive reports from neighbors that a particular pet sitter seemed to be abusive towards my beloved dog.
When I relocated to the Santa Clarita-area and took an in-house position, my new job required that I travel frequently both domestically and internationally. I am often away from home for several weeks at-a-time. I tried several pet-sitting services that others had recommended, but none seemed to work out for one reason or another. I found that as my dog aged I couldn't board him. He didn't get along with other dogs, so "open boarding" wasn't an option. His eye-sight and hearing were both going and he had developed a horrible case of separation anxiety. He absolutely hated being confined to a cage or a run. In fact, he was actually banned from several kennels for his excessive barking and whining during his stays - a clear sign at his unhappiness at being away from home.
Almost two years ago I met Kerri while she was walking her 2 dogs Lefty and Poncho. We struck up a friendship almost immediately. Several months after meeting Kerri, she mentioned to me that she was starting to pet sit for a select group of people in our neighborhood, I was immediately interested. Through my previous experiences, I knew all the questions to ask - "Was she insured"? "Would anyone else be in my home"? "What kind of attention would my dog receive"? "What would happen in the event of an emergency"? "Would she be able to handle his temperament" (I had received reports in the past that at times my dog had been aggressive towards pet sitters)? "Would she give him the TLC that he would need while I was away"? Kerri confidently answered all of my questions and after filling out all the necessary paperwork, I turned over a key to my home and took off for a business trip to Hong Kong.
Of course I was nervous about leaving him home alone and about how he would respond to Kerri. I e-mailed her frequently to check-up on things and Kerri promptly returned my e-mails. No problems. He was doing just fine and they were getting along great!
Since then, there is no doubt in my mind that my dog would much rather spend time with Kerri, her daughter and their two dogs than with me! I think he senses that she really loves spending time with him. Plus, all of the TLC, attention and treats don't hurt either!
I absolutely recommend Kerri and her pet sitting services. If she can tame my grumpy old dog and get him to a point where he will actually socialize with other dogs - something no obedience trainer was ever able to do - my hat's off to her. I think she is absolutely amazing with animals! I'm sure that the compassionate nature that made her successful as a nurse is what makes her successful as a pet sitter - and this is what makes all the animals grow to love and depend on her.
Sincerely,

Stetson Loverboy
Thank you so much Kerri and Paige for loving our little Stetson so much. My husband and I were both working long hours in our retail store when our adorable little 4 year old Shih Tzu, Stetson, got cancer of the lymph nodes. We were able to take him for his chemo treatments, but the after effects sometimes made him sick. Kerri was there for him when we couldn’t be.
After his last treatment, he was extremely sick and Kerri gave him tender loving care and gave him his meds and fluids out of a medicine dropper until he regained his strength. Stetson didn’t win his battle but we know that even though his last year was hard on him and all of us, that the love and the care given to him by Kerri and Paige gave him lots of fun. Poncho and Lefty were great pals to him too! We wish you every success in your business.
You guys are the best!
